The Pistacho's story
Pistacho's was born from a simple idea — to create an ice cream that would really taste like pistachios.
“We did not want to use industrial mixtures or ready-made pastes. We wanted to start from scratch.”
That is why we started importing our own pistachios, roasting them, and producing our own pistachio paste. Today, this philosophy is the foundation of the entire brand — and the reason why customers queue at our doors across the Canary Islands.
